Cotswolds Luxury All Inclusive Break

Staff were all pleasant and polite. SERVICE AT BREAKFAST WAS CHAOTIC - there appeared to be no one person in charge, staff did not seem to know which order applied to which table. Although the bathroom was very nice and spacious it lacked any surfaces on which to store spongebags etc.

Terrific hotel, would definately go again.

The Frogmill hotel was delightful. Beautiful buildings, comfortable rooms, lovely staff, fabulous food and great value for money. highly recommended. We would stay there again. Great location near Gloucester and Cheltenham.

the hotel room was good but the bathroom was a bit under par the sink had a crack in it and the shower curtain was grubby the mirror was not positioned right so you could not see in it

The Hotel Staff were very accommodating in all areas,and the Food catered for all needs and was of a High quality.would not hesitate to stay there again

Wonderful location, beautiful rooms, fantastic food and excellent staff. My partner and i had the best 2 night break here. We cannot fault anything it all with the Frogmil. The only downside, was leaving such a beautiful place. We will defitenly be staying here again. Thank you 'The Frogmil Inn'

Good setting and friendly and helpful staff

The hotel was just lovely, very quaint and cosy. Although it does not look small from the outside. The food was tasty, with a decent choice of selection from the menu. Fabulous hotel in a very useful location. The food was excellent and the staff really helpful and friendly. The room we were in was equivalent to many 5* hotels and other people we spoke to were very satisfied.

Very good value for money -only minor niggles.- The plumbing could do with some up -dating Food however was excellent( what a bonus to have a Marco Pierre White menu) and the staff were really helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Food at the hotel was excellent and staff were helpful & friendly. The only downside was the very small and narrow bathroom which would be absolutely out of the question for larger people.

My two friends and I had a most pleasant time at the Frogmill Hotel. We were lucky to have the triple room and the staff had kindly moved beds so that we had a room each. Wow what a beautiful hotel, surroundings gorgeous. We had a suite, very very comfortable bed, very clean. Staff were so helpful and went out of their way to make our stay happy. Food was excellent, very good portions.

Exceptional value for money with really nice quality food in the package, welcome log fires and a really friendly helpful staff. One of our best breaks for a while - expect to return on another occasion

Food at the Frogmill Hotel was excellent.

The only comment I would make is that the hotel is first class in every way,except as a pub/hotel the bar would have a better selection of beers,maybe some real ales would have been a good seller.

The original room offered was a disaster but the management put matters right as soon as we complained. Otherwise everything was fine.

Very comfortable. Suggest notices in room to report faults to avoid them being left undetected. We did find problems in the bathroom extractor fan and vanity light not working, Noisy and stiff hinges on bathroom door.

The service was excellent apart from the second morning at breakfast when no menu was on the table. When this was brought to the notice of the staff we were given a verbal indication of what's on. the staff at this hotel are pleasant ,courteous, efficient and very affable. The quality of food was excellent and nothing seemed too much trouble for them.

We had a very nice stay and it was definately good value for money. The surroundings were really lovely, in the middle of the countryside but only 10 mins. drive from Cheltenham. The staff were very attentive and we would definately stay there again.

The Frogmill Hotel was a lovely place and the staff were very professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very attentive. The restaurant food was excellent, both the dinner and the breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would go back there again.

The position of the hotel was noisy and the surroundings could of done with a nice garden instead of a lot tarmac . The Chefs specials were fab especially the scallops with black pudding on a bed of saffron mash.Yum

Young staff trying very hard - quite impressed. Could have done with a greater variety of bar meals different from the main menu.

Need to be a little more explicit about directions - off A40 is not enough. Rooms were wondeful size, however even though the bathroom was so big, there was nowhere to put a toilet bag. Needs a shelf or small trolley putting in there - loads of room to do it (Room 5)

Only negative....next to main road,so there was some traffic noise.Apart from that it was very good and the staff were very friendly.

A top place to stay we loved it The management and staff are 1st class and food was outstanding.

We did have a problem with the shower. The water would not go down so we took the plug out and it was absolutely full of hair. A delightful, quirky and comfortable hotel. The staff were all extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Ideal location for visiting the Cotswolds and Cheltenham.

Food was wonderfull cold not have asked for better thank you.

Only downside - smoky chimney in bar really needs fixing - improve updraught. Everything else v satisfactory.

this is probably one of the smallest hotels we have ever stayed in, but it is in our top 10 best. The staff are quite young, but their service was friendly, informal but proffessional and efficient. On our visit the hotel was very quiet with just a few guests staying, would have been better with more people. The hotel could do with leisure facilities.

A perfect place to spend a winter's break. (We spent a day at the races at Cheltenham too!!) Very good accommodation, delicious food, pleasant friendly staff. Wonderful!! Oh, not forgetting those blazing wood fires. Can't wait to go back.

Lovely cosy hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food in the restaurant excellent. Very relaxing and it felt like being at home and would definately visit again.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were upgraded to a deluxe room free of charge which was very nice. The staff were friendly and the food was good. Drinks and wine were a little pricey but not excessive.
