As we near the end of April and May comes around again, it's time to celebrate our pets. April 1st - May 5th is National Pet Month. National Pet Month is a time of promoting responsible pet ownership, and helping animal charities across the UK raise money for their organisations.
National Pet Month aims to make people aware of the benefits of pets for people and people for pets. It aims to increase public awareness of services available from professionals who work with animals and raise awareness of the value of working companion animals, e.g. animals who work with the blind.
