based on 10 reviews.
Customer Rating: Mrs Howes, Stoke-on-Trent The reason why I would not stay again is due to a very restricted menus and I felt the food was overpriced

Customer Rating: Mr Broyden, Ashford Room not good, poor ventilation due to old windows with very limited opening. Restaurant food and service excellent at dinner, breakfast good food but service lacking due to shortage of staff.

Customer Rating: Mr Lakin, Sale

Customer Rating: Mrs Evans, Paignton

Customer Rating: Hood, Bewdley A good overall experience. There appeared to be a shortage of staff in the restaurant both at dinner and breakfast, which meant that service was slower than ideal and items ran out at breakfast and took some time to be replaced.

Customer Rating: Mr Sherbourne, Eastleigh Although our room (29) was rather small and rather dark, the beds (twin) were very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and water very hot. As the weather was sunny and hot we were able to sit out in the garden until late so the dullness of our room did not concern us. Food at the hotel was delicious and plentiful. All complements to the chef and his staff as we had the changeover of menus during our 2 night break and particularly enjoyed the nibbles for starters which were ample before the main meal. Thank you everyone

Customer Rating: Mr Hoskins, Dinas Powys Lovely hotel, very grateful to have a stunning room for our wedding anniversary. Staff very friendly and helpful. Quality of food and drink superb. Only very minor moan, would have been lovely to have breakfast slightly later and slightly better choice for veggies and please replenish the continental buffet.

Customer Rating: Mrs Leece, Carnforth Pluses - The staff were exceptional, helpful and friendly in every way.. The food was excellent, our compliments to the chef for his innovative menu whilst still catering for those who like more basic fare. Everything prepared to a superb standard. Minus's - There was a long wait at breakfast, although when the cooked food came it was excellent. The prices at the bar were top heavy. Over £8 for a g&t is expensive and we would have drunk more had they been the same price as elsewhere. Despite it being a great deal, you don't like to feel ripped off. Don't let the negatives spoil the positives, as the positives far outweighed them.

Customer Rating: Mr Brackley, Newton Abbot A good stay - Room was a little disappointing as it had an odour to it - Paint? Also when paying the amount that we did for Dinner, Bed and Breakfast it was a little frustrating to then be charged a "service charge" of 10% of the cost of the evening meal automatically. Good service should and will be rewarded by the customer not taken by the establishment.

Customer Rating: Mrs Pritchard, Newtownards Stonehouse Court Hotel was excellent. The two meals we had were both extremely good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the chef kindly shared his recipe for sauce with my husband. We had a really lovely room in the Manor with a great view to the canal. Our packed lunches were very good. I would highly recommend the hotel and Great Little Breaks.
