Customer Rating: Mr smith, Dunstable The hotel is described as 4 star, it was most definitely a 3 star in our opinion.

Customer Rating: Mr Hobson, Louth This is our second visit to Eastwood Hall this Year. On this occasion unfortunately the service in restaurant was very poor, considering it was only half full we were waiting 45mins before anyone came to take our orders. Then we were waiting almost an hour between our starter and main course.. Saturday evening was'nt much better,We had to ask the staff why other customers in the restaurant were being served before us when we had arrived well before them. This was'nt just the one table, but at least three other couples. The picture quality on the tv in our room was poor, and the shower in the bathroom leaked water all over the floor.

Customer Rating: Mr Blumire, Stratford-upon-avon Would only recommend if there was not weddings on. We sat outside reading our books and then a group of guests came out and were very noisy. There should be seating elsewhere from the areas not used by wedding guests. We went for our evening meal at 7.30. By 9.10 we had not received our dessert. My wife got fed up waiting and went to our room.

Customer Rating: Miss Kitchiner, Nottingham Loved it!

Customer Rating: Mrs Smith, Mexborough Don?t stay last weekend in July - 6 weddings to compete with!!! Other than that would recommend.

Customer Rating: Mr Milligan, Northampton

Customer Rating: Mrs PARKIN, Tamworth Bedroom very hot & no air conditioning

Customer Rating: Ms Teague, Wirral Really enjoyed our stay

Customer Rating: Mr Gardner, Birmingham A long wait in the queue at reception due to no or only one member of staff on duty even at check-in/out times. Food was very nice

Customer Rating: Mr Brown, Swadlincote In the first room we had unwashed mugs from the previous occupiers and the kettle leaked we were offered a different room which was fine. The restaurant food was excellent and great value for money and Brett on reception was very helpful.

100% of our customers would go back
