Customer Rating: Mrs McGregor, Norwich The only negative comment I can make is, the menu for the restaurant on a Sunday was very limited, and offered only 1 vegetarian option, which was something I would not normally choose to have.

Customer Rating: Mrs Earye, Milton Keynes

Customer Rating: Mr Evans, King's Lynn Lovely Hotel. Clean and facilities good. Important to me are bathroom and Bed and both excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Customer Rating: Mrs Jones, Clacton-on-sea

Customer Rating: Mr Rogers, Northampton This hotel was a gem. The only comment is that the bath room was very small and didn't have a bath.

Customer Rating: Mrs Dunn-Birch, Tadworth This was a very friendly and well-run hotel. The staff were most helpful. We had seen comments that the rooms were cold but ours was certainly not cold. The bed was comfortable, and the shower worked well. Good TV and wi-fi. The food was well cooked and the restaurant staff were very obliging and friendly. Good parking outside the hotel. There are nice little touches, such as leaving coffee and fruit at reception for any who have to make a quick get-away in the morning. We hope to stay at this hotel again.

Customer Rating: Mrs WILSON, Rugby Very helpful & friendly reception staff. Restaurant food excellent. Only problem all guests had was with extremely poor breakfast service. Young girl overwhelmed unable to take orders for cooked breakfast or fill up bread, fruit, cereals, pastries. This let down hotel but food when served was excellent

Customer Rating: Mrs Harris, Maldon The 2 staff who were working on Saturday were very helpful and couldn't do enough for us despite being busy and some machinery malfunctions! Please pass on our thanks, we had a lovely family weekend.
