Customer Rating: Mrs Tasker, Cleethorpes Hotel staff were helpful and pleasant and food was excellent. The room needed an update the carpets and chairs needed replacing but for what we payed for the two nights we were more than satisfied.

Customer Rating: Mr Gacki, Enfield

Customer Rating: Mrs mitchell, Baldock

Customer Rating: Mrs Jameson, Ely We went to the hotel for a Spa Break. The massages were very good however the hot tub water was cold all day, despite having asked members of staff to look at it, this was not fixed. We were disappointed that we went for a Spa break but didn't really have a full spa break just a massage. The rest of the hotel was nice though.

Customer Rating: Mr Brindley, Nottingham This break was a bargain so unreasonable to expect 4 or 5 star standards, overall it was just over 2 star but still good value. Room was fine but not double glazed or soundproofed so heard the noise from the parties in the Barn on two nights. Restaurant was not very good , menu was pub grub where focus was on quantity not quality.

Customer Rating: Mr George, Farnborough The reason for not going back is predominately location. The rooms were clean but tired, the court yard area rooms need to be upgraded. Can not comment on main hotel rooms as did not see them.

Customer Rating: Mr Isherwood, Worthing

Customer Rating: Mr marshall, LINCOLN Bathroom needed upgrading, and bedroom window needed replacing. Otherwise nice and clean and tidy. Buffet breakfast only warm and quickly went cold on cold plates. Evening meals on both evenings were excellent.

Customer Rating: Mr bryant, Bicester Food was very good
