Customer Rating: Mrs Mudge, Torquay Excellent value for money, hotel and staff very good

Customer Rating: Mr Markham, Market Drayton Bar, staff and room were excellent but we were disappointed with the food both in the evening and at breakfast

Customer Rating: Mr Palmer, Cullompton we had a great time exploring the local national trust places. The staff at the hotel were great the only thing we did not like was the cooked breakfast it was only warm not hot, otherwise the evening meal was good and the pool was good. I would return if the offer was as good or better.

Customer Rating: Mr Thomas, Bridgend Great value for money, looking to visit some more venues in the near future

Customer Rating: Mrs Templeton, Swansea Only one slight niggle we had: we had dinner on a Thursday night which was advertised s as a steak night but unfortunately the restaurant had run out of steaks by 7.p.m.

Customer Rating: Mr Palmer, Cullompton The Hotel was great, the facility's were first class, the only thing that we did not like was the breakfasts cooked but not hot enough, it was luke warm. Otherwise all ok with the hotel. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this hotel especially with the little breaks offer. The swimming pool was a bonus as well.

Customer Rating: Miss Wenlock, Shrewsbury Good value for food and well positioned for touring the area. Good local knowledge of the staff.

Customer Rating: Mrs kennington, Belper While we were pleased overall with the hotel, the lightening in our room was very poor and we feel needs addressing. The location of the hotel i.e. Chippenham was not to our taste, however it did give us easy access to Bath which was the purpose of our visit.

Customer Rating: Mrs Hainge, Oxford I gave the room a 1 because it was claustrophobic. The window wouldn't open, the wardrobe was small and there were no drawers. To me it seemed dark and oppressive. However our friends had a lovely room.

Customer Rating: Mr Love, Blackwood
