Customer Rating: Mr Jones, CAERPHILLY Shrewsbury town was fab for shopping and eating out. The Raven Meadows car park was recommended but is very expensive. Less than 5 hours cost my wife and I £10. If we had spent more time sightseeing we would have incurred charges of £15. This put a slight damper on a very enjoyable break. Shropshire Council should be trying to attract local people and tourism.

Customer Rating: Mrs Banfield, Rossendale For value for money, I couldn't fault the overnight stay with meal/wine/spa facilities. The 3 for room satisfaction is purely down to its description as 'superior. I've given 4 for the quality of service as a table was booked for us at 8:30pm and we waited half an hour for our starters to be brought out. I've given a 4 for the public facilities simply because the price of drinks purchased from the bar was quite steep.
