Customer Rating: Mr Boyce, Oxford Lovely hotel and spa with friendly staff

Customer Rating: Mr Mirza, Keighley Very expensive drinks, more like London prices

Customer Rating: Mr Vallance, Sheffield Marked down to 3 on room as windows wouldn't open and room was hot and stuffy. We appreciate non opening windows is a safety feature and if this is a mandatory requirement placed on the hotel then install air con. Other than that, great

Customer Rating: Mr Kidd, Barnet Huge issue with booking a table on the Friday night. They said we should have booked and offered us 9.30 which is far too late. Options were bar but only £15 voucher offered as against value of restaurant was £30 for there courses.

Customer Rating: Ms Havenhand, Pontefract The only quibbles are that the dining room is not quite big enough when the hotel is full. It didn't affect me personally but quite a few people had to wait before they could get into the dining room for breakfast. My main complaint is the music that was played in the restaurant. It was unmitigated awful! Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to all the staff.

Customer Rating: Mrs O'Hea, Chester Very friendly and relaxed stay. Excellent quality food and accommodation.

Customer Rating: Mr Giles, Rushden

Customer Rating: Mr savill, Grays

Customer Rating: Mrs Waller, Bucks Loved the hotel, staff was very friendly and enjoyed the facilities.

Customer Rating: Mr Hughes, Tamworth Dinner was good. The staff were helpful too. However breakfast was below standard and the staff there were not so good. The spa was excellent
