based on 10 reviews.
Customer Rating: Mr Millward, Oldbury Disappointed to have to pay additional £16 for two nights parking in Bournemouth, this is not an area where parking is at a premium like a city centre.

Customer Rating: Mrs Dennis, Harrogate The hotels on either side of The Suncliff are owned by the same company so we could use the facilities in all 3 hotels. It was a very good deal and we all had a good time in Bournemouth

Customer Rating: Mrs Farrell, Swansea I think the hotel could do with another lift and refurbishment but for what we paid it was good.

Customer Rating: Mr Patterson, Gillingham The furniture in the room was a bit worn and needs replacing.

Customer Rating: Mr Hannaford, Maidenhead

Customer Rating: Mrs Hunt, Sturminster Newton

Customer Rating: Dr Sugiyarto, Southampton The hotel room was small and dated which was fine! The walls are thin and were woken both nights. The three course meal included was from a set menu and there many on the menu was out of stock! Would never go to the hotel again!

Customer Rating: Mrs Carter, Coventry

Customer Rating: Mrs McCorkell, Aylesbury The room was basic but clean. The bed had past its sell by date needed upgrading and the wardrobe was very 1970's. There was only one lift which took ages to come and it was very old. The staff were all very friendly and the food was ok.

Customer Rating: Mr Watson, Walsall The staff were very helpful and attentive. The room had been upgraded to a sea view room. The only downside was the pillows.
