Customer Rating: Ms Carter, Dorchester Had problems with the landline in the room which was an issue as there is absolutely no mobile signal and I needed to make business calls. Whilst I could have used the phone in reception the calls were not ones I wanted to do in a public place. Felt that the complimentary toiletries should have been replenished as appropriate each day. However, lovely staff and some very nice touches such as complimentary cake and biscuits in the room in the afternoon and hot chocolate and marshmallows at the end of the evening.

Customer Rating: Mr Leetham, Whitstable Lovely situation over looking Portloe Harbour and Cove. Good clean rooms, although in an annex, brilliant food, friendly staff..

Customer Rating: Mr Mills, Bognor Regis Lovely hotel in an ideal setting and perfect for a special break. The staff are friendly and chatty and the little treats in the room are a very nice touch - hot chocolate, cookies, muffins and a hot water bottle each night - what more could you ask for

Customer Rating: Mr Kelly, St. Albans The Lugger offers great comfort and hospitality in a wonderful setting. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and all of the meals were excellent.

Customer Rating: Mr Williams, Rayleigh

Customer Rating: Dr THOMAS, Newport Great hotel, setting, food and price

Customer Rating: Mr Harris, Tavistock A really delightful hotel for a short break. Comfortable room, excellent food, friendly and helpful staff, lovwly location and little extras to make your stay special.

Customer Rating: Mr Gill, London The Lugger at Portloe, Cornwall, is an excellent hotel. It's run by a company (Bespoke) that evidently cares about things beyond making money. Staff and service and food quality were all superb. At a time of fierce cold in the snowy days that ended February and began March 2018, the staff were impressively helpful, friendly and relaxed.

Customer Rating: Mr Medhurst, Yelverton The service was disappointingly slow at the first breakfast but fine at all other times.
