Customer Rating: Mr Hamilton, Alderley Edge Would have liked my request for room with a view to have been adhered to!

Customer Rating: Mrs Avern, Bromsgrove This is a lovely hotel, beautifully situated in a pretty Cornish cove. This was our second visit which was just as good as the first with very good service, excellent food and accommodation. The room this time was a little small but taking into account the building being the age it is I expect this is understandable, however it was beautifully clean, bright with a very comfortable bed! We love this hotel and will be looking out for many more great little break offers to visit it again and would like to stay longer if that can be arranged.

Customer Rating: Mrs Avern, Bromsgrove A lovely comfortable, homely hotel serving excellent food. The location and scenery is breathtaking. The small details made us feel looked after such as "turning down" our bed while we were at dinner and placing mugs with hot chocolate and marshmallows in the room for our nightcap, so lovely! Bottled water and fresh milk in a small fridge and fruit and sweets in the room were also an addition. The hotel staff were attentive and respectfully friendly. All in all we had a great stay, not wanting to leave after two nights and wishing we had booked longer.

Customer Rating: Mr Rogers, Kingsbridge Great location for a lovely quiet break to revitalise! Loved the friendly welcome, attention to detail and helpful, polite and friendly staff.

Customer Rating: Mrs Piner, Ashford Lovely stay and extremely helpful staff.

Customer Rating: Mrs Edwards, London

Customer Rating: Mr easto, Tamworth The accommodation was lovely - there were lovely little touches ie cakes and biscuits/hot chocolate and marshmallows left in room, beds turned down/champagne on arrival and little funny stories. However there was no information on hotel (re history or anything) and no information on places to go which I thought was strange. Hotel food in general was good but could have been better - tiny portions - lacked flavour. Wouldn't have minded tiny portions if it had been more flavoursome. Only reason I wouldn't stay again is because I have been and like to experience new things.
