Customer Rating: Mr Shaw, Preston

Customer Rating: Mr Bell, Worcester We were allocated a nice room but there was a problem in that the shower tap/thermostat was hanging loose off the shower cubicle wall. We went straight back to reception and suggested someone came to look at it. Sam on reception immediately showed us an alternative room - (probably better than our original) and we moved immediately. You can't improve on service like that. Claire, who looks after the dining room and bar is loud but huge fun and even came in on her day off to help out because another staff member was unwell. Good people - 10/10.

Customer Rating: Mr Percival, Hinckley Friendly staff. The dinner menu could have been better. Not much hot water throughout the stay.

Customer Rating: Ms Hudson, Berkhamsted

Customer Rating: Mrs ROGERS, Leeds Need to ammend food choices as very limited

Customer Rating: Mrs Prentice, Witham Everything in the hotel was fine for a short break but we did feel that the choice of dishes on the menu was rather limited for a 4 star hotel and the breakfast buffet was also not very well stocked - it did let the standard down a little.

Customer Rating: Mrs Armitage, Hope Valley I would stay at this hotel again but not in the same room (103) top of the stairs next to the lift, quite noisy. The bathroom shower was really small, in fact the whole bathroom was compact. Housekeeping could pay more attention to detail, tops of curtains and pelmets really dusty and edges of carpets same. We enjoyed our stay and everything was adequate. The staff I found to be really helpful and polite.
