Customer Rating: Mr Cartmell, Beckenham

Customer Rating: Mr Alloway, Droitwich We were upgraded to a deluxe room which was very nice but the bathroom was a little tired with missing grouting and had cracked tiles. Our evening meal, which was included had problems with the main course as the meals were not very hot and the duck breast was tough.

Customer Rating: Mr Saul, Royston

Customer Rating: Mr Hayes, Malmesbury

Customer Rating: Mrs Blain, Sandy

Customer Rating: Mrs Goble, Bognor Regis Hotel was fine for what we paid but our room was dated and needed a proper clean.

Customer Rating: Mrs Beaumont, Colchester Just one comment I would like to make and that is about the parking. Before we booked our break, the blurb for the deal didn't mention that we had to pay £25 a day to park our car if we drove. This added £75 to our break. We have never stayed as a paying hotel guest and had to pay to use their car park! If that had been mentioned on the original deal we may not have chosen to stay there. I think that any extras that incur an expense need to be prominent when you advertise your offers.

Customer Rating: Miss May, Nuneaton Room dated and very noisy at night. I could not park in the car park and it cost me £46 for the 2nights. Staff very nice.

Customer Rating: Mrs O'Malley, London

Customer Rating: Mr Betts, Benfleet food in resturant nice but think priced too high.
