Customer Reviews
Overall Rating 3.8
based on 10 reviews.
Customer Rating: Mrs Gibbon, Sandown Well positioned hotel right on the sea front and a few minutes walk from the town. Staff very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

Customer Rating: Mr Stewart, New Malden

Customer Rating: Mr Farrell, Belper

Customer Rating: Mr Snell, Newcastle Upon Tyne Fabulous hotel made perfect with the amazing staff team, they are always trying to ensure you have the best stay, always happy to help. The staff were also able to inform us of local events or places to visit. Staff always accommodating to our needs; I'm a very fussy eater but nothing was an issue they made what I ordered, loved it all and will be back.

Customer Rating: Mr Gelston, Rugby The bedrooms in the hotel are in need of an update. The reception area and bar are more modern and "look the part"; the bedrooms detract slightly from the overall feel

Customer Rating: Miss Middleditch, Kidlington It is of no fault of the hotel but being on the main street it is very, very noisy throughout the night. The rooms are lovely but the pillows were very uncomfortable. Whilst all staff were very friendly we felt the food in the restaurant was very poor. The reception staff were extremely friendly and welcome, so very kind.

Customer Rating: Vinall, Aylesbury Parking was extortionate.......£46.00 for 2 days.

Customer Rating: Mr Butler, Ipswich Beware of car parking charges in Brighton. Very noisy Hen/Stag parties. Far too many Seagulls.

Customer Rating: Mr Burnett, West midlands Although we were advised that disabled rooms were not on ground floor we didn't expect to be put on the 5th! However there was a lift & the room was very pleasant.

Customer Rating: Mrs King, Warwick All agreed excellent value. Meals in hotel all very good. Staff lovely nothing too much trouble.
