Customer Rating: Mrs Goupillot, Bedford This hotel break was lovely. The food was first class and the hospitality and care received from all the staff were perfect - absolutely nothing was too much trouble and everyone seemed really happy and friendly. How Great Little Breaks do this for the price is just amazing.

Customer Rating: Mrs Webb, Sidcup The hotel is absolutely fabulous in a wonderful setting. However, I have to report that we found the bar service very poor and had to wait ages to get drinks

Customer Rating: Mr Buckley, Thornton-cleveleys A lovely historical building full of original features set in a fabulous setting. The weekend was glorious and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perhaps a little understaffed but they were all great

Customer Rating: Mrs Lunn, Barnsley This hotel is stunning, both inside and out. Our room (49) was in a relatively new annex and was fine for us, but some of our friends and relatives would have been struggling to cope with the quite acute sloping roof, especially in the bathroom. Breakfast had a good selection, but on the second morning there were quite a few guests and the self serve tea making was chaotic.

Customer Rating: Mr Hooper, Runcorn Room could do with some TLC, the furniture was a bit battered and could do with being replaced. Food very good especially the evening meals.

Customer Rating: Mr Holden, Bury We were initially put in a tiny room, but after raising the issue we were moved somewhere more suitable. This was our 4th visit staff were great as usual but overall our stay was not as good as previously.

Customer Rating: Mrs Thorne, North somerset Hotel staff all very helpful. Hotel and grounds are beautiful but in places need some tlc.

Customer Rating: Mrs Jones, Pwllheli Food was of good quality. Veg and potatoes under cooked. Portions rather small. Breakfast was excellent. The room was nice and quiet, exactly how we liked it, very relaxing.

Customer Rating: Mrs OConnor, Dunstable Would we recommend this hotel? Maybe. Had to change rooms as ours hadn't been cleaned or the bed made by the time we returned to the hotel at 7pm. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Customer Rating: Mrs Golding, Milton Keynes Not enough staff you had to wait quite a while at times for bar service, which was no fault of the staff it was because they had to be a jack of all trades running around doing all services. The staff definitely earn their wages.
