Customer Rating: Mrs Kings, Truro A good three star hotel very well located for Snowdon. Professional pleasant staff Amazing food ...five star quality Highly recommend

Customer Rating: Mr Pile, Skelmersdale

Customer Rating: Mr Atkins, Brough The quality of the service from the bar menu was very poor. We had to wait 1 1/4Hours before getting our meal on the second evening.

Customer Rating: Mrs Wall, Swindon

Customer Rating: Mr GIDDA, Milton Keynes The bathroom ventilation fan was not operating causing the room to feel stuffy. Our packed lunch of tuna sandwich was very salty making it inedible. The hotel is very conveniently located and is generally good.

Customer Rating: Mrs Allen, Tamworth Great value for money and excellent location especially if you want to climb snowdon

Customer Rating: Mr BRIERLEY, Harlech

Customer Rating: Mr Middleton, Oldham

Customer Rating: Mr Haynes, Wolverhampton Very pleasant break, enjoyed the hotel and food. Would definitely go back again.

Customer Rating: Mr turner, Romney Marsh Whilst our stay at the Royal Victoria was very comfortable ,quiet and good value for money,we were disappointed with the plumbing still being `Victorian'. During times of high demand, the shower did not function, thus making it necessary to run a bath. This was a terrible waste of water compared to having a shower. The food was excellent, beautifully cooked and presented with a change of menu daily. All staff were most polite, helpful and very smart. We felt the `free drinks after 1900hrs' was rather `penny pinching ' although the staff were very understanding! Highly recommend.
