Customer Reviews
Overall Rating 4.2
based on 10 reviews.
Customer Rating: Mr bennett, cheshire Most of the staff were excellent, particularly Lesley in the restaurant and also the chef. He went out of his way to cope with my food allergy. The only down side was the mattress (room 23). It should have been thrown out years ago!

Customer Rating: Mrs Ellis, Lincoln Hotel service would have been better with more staff. Cooked breakfast items needed supervision as there was a long wait for fried eggs to be brought out from the kitchen. Potato croquet s were in short supply. Didn't get any on first day. Bit disorganised.

Customer Rating: Mrs Pslmer, Bristol The hotel was lovely with a great room. The staff were all brilliant when there was s problem went out of their way to fix it. The food was brilliant and great taste and presentation. Would stay there again

Customer Rating: Mrs barnard, Aylesford Restaurant was good for both breakfast and evening, waiting staff efficient and helpful, food very good. Lovely hotel and grounds. Would have rated higher but reception and bar staff were lacking in experience and hard to locate in afternoon.

Customer Rating: Mrs Burton, Doncaster Two false fire alarms whilst there. One was at 4am on day of checking out. Night Porter just said "sorry about that" when everyone got down to reception. Next morning on checking out the receptionist just said "no more to pay" on leaving . Not even "did you have a nice stay and sorry about the alarm" would have been nice. Sometimes we were asked to sign for meals and drinks and other times we were not asked. Given a sheet of paper on arrival stating wine would be served in 125ml glasses. Staff poured various measures 175ml and 250 ml.

Customer Rating: Mrs HARDING, Poulton-le-fylde We really enjoyed our 2 day all inclusive offer. The staff were all very pleasant and friendly. The meals were excellent and well presented. It's a good location if you want to go to Iron Bridge. We would definitely recommend going there for a break.

Customer Rating: Mr SHENKER, Bournemouth

Customer Rating: Mr rooney, Ashford Room very nice, bathroom needs urgent attention, shower on both mornings not hot, this is also was the comments of other guests

Customer Rating: Mr Jones, Newport Having read negative comments was worried about our break away and taking friends with us hoped all would ok, once again we had a fab time with this company and will recommend this hotel, already booked a night away for next month.

Customer Rating: Mrs Ford, Crawley Lovely hotel and friendly staff. No hot water for our shower which was reported but not fixed. Not a great problem as we had a bath, more of an inconvenience and no feedback from hotel manager who didn't appear to be on site. Staff worked very hard
