Customer Rating: Mrs Augustine, Slough The hotel was clean and friendly and everything was suitable for the two nights there. My only gripe would be our room was very hot and although we opened the windows (two or three inches) and there was a table top fan in the room, it was still uncomfortable. My other complaint would be there was no shelf or unit in bathroom to put toiletries in. When it came to the bar and restaurant, no one told us that every day there would be a different area to eat our meals.I would go back as I found the stay relaxed and enjoyable but would like to see it more organised and staff more informative.

Customer Rating: Mrs Edwards, Fareham Hotel was lovely, all but one member of staff were pleasant and helpful. I asked for early check in, but the rooms were not ready. Rooms were lovely, plenty of space, for storage, seating area, lovely to have a bath in the room. The food was good, plentiful and tasty.

Customer Rating: Mrs Harper, Luton This was excellent value for money. The lunch and evening food was beautiful and the service really good. We had all inclusive - soup and sandwich for lunch, 2 course dinner and then house wine/beer from 7 - 11 pm. we thought it would be just a pre-prepared packet soup and sandwich. It turned out to be homemade soup and sandwich with chips on the side. The evening meal was also lovely. Our only criticism was that they ran out of light lager and Guinness following a wedding on the Saturday night; however, the manager did agree to allow us to have bottled lager instead. Also the breakfast was a bit hit and miss - most guests arrived at 9 am and the trays were constantly running out meaning that you had your full cooked breakfast but in stages. Couldn't fault the staff - very helpful throughout.
