Customer Rating: Mrs Buckley, Tewkesbury Our room was outside of the Hotel premises in a side passage on the ground floor and was very warm inside. They did offer gluten free bread but no cereals and breakfast was served from 7am to 9am a bit early when on holiday and relaxing. But we did like the Hotel and all staff were welcoming.

Customer Rating: Mrs Cumberland, Bath Fab hotel, for a 3 star it punches well above it's weight.

Customer Rating: Mr capewell, dymock glos 5 star service

Customer Rating: Mrs LORD, Malvern The hotel is situated on a main road in the centre of town but we had no problem. Beautiful countryside and accessible beaches/seaside by car. Staff were very hospitable and food was good.
