Customer Rating: Mrs Little, Slough Super hotel, very relaxed and friendly. Breakfast cooked to order. Had tasting menu in Fig restaurant for 1 nights dinner as a treat-well worth it! Delicious! Spa great too. Pool small but good temperature and everywhere very clean and tidy.

Customer Rating: Mr Hinwood, Ponthir Soundproofing was very poor.

Customer Rating: Mr Holder, Bristol

Customer Rating: Mrs O'Shaughnessy, Alton We thought the hotel was lovely as were the gardens and the town of Chipping Campden itself. The only thing missing was someone to assist with the bags upon arrival and departure. The quality of the breakfast was outstanding!

Customer Rating: Mr Catterall, Newcastle Fantastic hotel. Wonderful staff. We would definitely stay here again.

Customer Rating: Mr Davies, Bangor Wonderful staff especially Gaby on reception. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Will most certainly be going back.

Customer Rating: Mr SOMERFIELD, Neston, Cheshire We were unfortunate in that we stayed whilst the Hotel was undergoing renovation, meaning newly painted bedroom, no residents' lounge and eating in Bistro rather than dining room. When refurbished would certainly stay again.

Customer Rating: Mr Alloway, Droitwich Ordered morning paper but it was not delivered. Restaurant choices limited. Lovely gardens, great reception.

Customer Rating: Mr Spears, Cardiff lovely hotel in great location, somewhat let down by very slow restaurant service.

Customer Rating: Mr Hall, Burgess Hill Bedroom: bed very comfortable. Bedroom had only one chair (even though the room was for two people). We have given feedback direct to the hotel about other details. Spa: quite nice, but incorrect information was given to us regarding prices of treatments (for which they have since apologised).

77% of our customers would go back
