Customer Rating: Mr Gay, Wakefield

Customer Rating: Mr gibson, Glasgow The grounds of the hotel were fantastic. The staff at the hotel were really good and the food was first class, the best meal I have had for a long time. The only negative was the room. I booked the romantic package which was supposed to be upgraded to a superior room, we were allocated room 34, which was a little tired and needed some TLC. There was a tennis ball left under the chest of drawers which must have been left from the previous occupants' dog and 3 spiders on the bathroom ceiling. The tiny TV's volume could not be heard because of the annoying whining noise it produced. And the view from the room was poor, for a 'romantic' break I would have expected a loch view. However I would book with Great Little Breaks again as the service was good. Thanks.
