Customer Rating: Mr Harvey, Warrington

Customer Rating: Mr Leonard, Sutton Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. Value for money was achieved due to the generous provision of food and drink, essentially whenever you wanted it. The room was a little 'worn out' and needed a bit of a spruce up, as did some areas of the hotel. Breakfast was disappointing, as many things on the menu were unavailable.

Customer Rating: Mr MORGAN, Gloucester The shower did not work correctly, they could have repaired before we used that room

Customer Rating: Mr Palmer, Smethwick Staff extremely friendly and attentive. Food and drinks were of a good quality.

Customer Rating: Mr LEVERETT, Saffron Walden Beginning to become run down, bath rusty. Food very good and the staff were too

Customer Rating: Mr ashby-clarke, Wellingborough Hotel was on minimum staff. The room was nice but we had noises during the night. Evening meal was good the breakfast indifferent food seem to left too long, and stale and not very appetising. The swimming pool was wonderful lovely and warm.

Customer Rating: Mrs McKerrell, Glasgow

Customer Rating: Mr Sivertsen, Borehamwood Hotel could do with a little modernisation i.e bathroom and windows looking a little worse for wear. All the staff we came into contact with were very friendly and pleasant which made us feel at home

Customer Rating: Mrs Taylor, Halesowen Was very happy with the break and the hotel. A few little niggles, As with lots of hotels they only provided the one chair for relaxing in the room, its a double room so would have liked two chairs. The all inclusive beers ran out on first night but the hotel resolved this by offering other alternatives to add to the all inclusive, but the bar did not appear to be heavily stocked during our stay. Dinner was well cooked and presented and the service was excellent. Breakfasts were also good.

Customer Rating: Mrs Ainsworth, Leeds The staff were all lovely and very helpful. The bar and restaurant were very comfortable and the food was exceptional.
