Customer Rating: Ruddle, Thatcham Slow service during dinner on first night, although we were made aware prior meal

Customer Rating: Mr Rutherford, Stroud We ordered a Dry Martini Cocktail but the bar staff were unfamiliar with this. However the young attendant was perfectly frank and sought guidance which was not available so he asked me, very pleasantly, how it should be made and did produce a James Bond 'shaken not stirred' cocktail in the correct shaped glass! The staff at the hotel are outstandingly friendly and helpful and the young man who handled this must be credited with his approach and flexibility.

Customer Rating: Mr jardim, Coventry

Customer Rating: Mr Heidenreich, Chester

Customer Rating: Mr Bright, Saffron Walden Both couples (we travelled with friends) were more than happy with the accommodation. The rooms were spacious and clean, and were tended by two very efficient maids. We found all the staff to be cheerful, friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble, even when we had to put back our dinner reservation by at least 45 minutes because of heavy traffic south of Worcester. Our request for a delay was met with a cheerful 'not to worry, I'll let them know' from the Receptionist. Amy, the restaurant manager was particularly accommodating and saved us a table without a problem. We had an enjoyable two days - on the Severn Railway and at the RHS Malvern Spring Show - and will certainly return in the future.

Customer Rating: Ms Aris, Bedford Our only negative comment would be the arrangements for the evening meal on the first night. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The night manager also offered us some great advice to leave earlier than we had planned for the Malvern Show, avoid the M5 and also to buy drinks and sandwiches enroute.

Customer Rating: Mrs Lucas, Maldon Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent and room was clean and comfortable.

100% of our customers would go back
