based on 10 reviews.
Customer Rating: Mr Pickering, Lutterworth Excellent value for money.

Customer Rating: Mrs Mullen, ACCRINGTON

Customer Rating: Ms Havenhand, Pontefract The only reason that I say we wouldn't stay again is because of the distance from the bedroom to the bar/dining room. It was difficult for my partner, who has problems walking any distance. Even the staff admitted it's too far. The food was good, the service excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a walk round the extensive grounds and watched the squirrels in the garden. There is a huge amount of car parking.

Customer Rating: Mr Henderson, Louth Quality of food let the hotel down

Customer Rating: Mr storey, Manchester Hotel was quite satisfactory but the service in the restaurant in the evening was not very good. I don't think they had enough staff in the kitchen we waited about 25 minutes for the starter and 30 minutes after they cleared the plates for the main course.

Customer Rating: Mr Jackson, Coventry Would love to have known there was spa treatments available before hand although an early morning session was not available

Customer Rating: Mr Macdonald, Kettering Excellent value for money.

Customer Rating: Mrs Johns, Rossendale

Customer Rating: Mrs Hothi, Solihull

Customer Rating: Mr Dunne, Newcastle The waitress in the restaurant could not have been more friendly, and the next morning at breakfast. The staff were all very professional and lovely and so welcoming. The room was nice and large and the food was outstanding.
