Customer Rating: Mr Stewart, Blackburn

Customer Rating: Mrs Gruber, Hemel Hempstead This hotel, although very nice, caters for very large groups. It was very noisy in the bar and restaurant areas. The second night there were big parties with live bands close to our room. We had to move room to get away from the noise. Why put people who are on a short break on the same corridor as groups of company members or wedding guests?

Customer Rating: Mr dorricott, Telford

Customer Rating: Mrs Black, Cleckheaton The hotel was as described and the room, meal and spa facilities were excellent. Everything went smoothly from start to finish and we had a lovely night away.

Customer Rating: Mr Beasley, Redditch

Customer Rating: Mrs langley, Penrith

Customer Rating: Mrs Jones, Eastleigh We had a great overnight stay and wished we had planned to stay longer. We may return at sometime as there is a lot to see in the area, e.g. the Anderson Boat Lift and Little Moreton Hall. Our only minor criticism was the lack of bedside reading lights which are especially useful if one partner wishes to read while the other sleeps.

Customer Rating: Mr Smith, Birmingham An absolutely fantastic break, room was excellent, all staff were very friendly, food was really tasty and the leisure facilities are superb. Will definitely be going back again.

Customer Rating: Mr Hooley, Grimsby

Customer Rating: Mr Phillips, Montgomery When we arrived we were promptly checked in, and we had an excellent spacious room. We had a problem with the room safe, which was sorted within minutes, and we were given extra water. There was a fridge in the room, and complimentary bottles of water were in the fridge ready. Tea and coffee items were included. Hairdryer in the room also. Room and bedding were very clean. We had an included 3-course dinner included with a bottle of wine also. The meal was excellent, and the service also excellent. There was a wedding in the hotel, at the same time, as our stay, which did not affect us at all. We would happily stay again.
