Customer Rating: Mrs Pinnington, Nailsworth

Customer Rating: Mr Parry, Chester Very.good meals enjoyed our stay very good value for money.

Customer Rating: Mr Kavanagh, Bishop's Stortford Reception was unmanned a lot of the time. I often had to stop a passing waiter to get help. The food was lovely but the service a little slow.

Customer Rating: Mr Norbury, Swindon

Customer Rating: Mrs Gregory, Rochester The Hotel was a little too warm and the drinks were a tad expensive.

Customer Rating: Mr Day, Bury St. Edmunds 1. We found the pillows very uncomfortable with no obvious alternative other than the cushions from the chairs. 2. It was virtually impossible to read in the room as the lighting was of very low wattage and there were no ceiling lights apart from in the bathroom. We were very pleased with the service and restaurant facilities and the staff were very friendly. We are unlikely to stay at the hotel again as there was very little to do in or closely around Flitwick.

Customer Rating: Mrs Griffin, Loughborough Food excellent and the choice and quality at breakfast was exceptional. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel is small and a lovely old building yet with all mod cons - the best of all worlds.
