Customer Rating: Mrs Patricia, Rugeley Service in restaurant very poor. Young staff who need direction.

Customer Rating: Mr Salt, Sutton Coldfield

Customer Rating: Mr Coombes, Swaffham Nice hotel in a quiet location, ideal for access to the Peak District National Park. An enjoyable, relaxing few days away, thank you.

Customer Rating: Mr Beaumont, Ulverston We thoroughly enjoyed our short break at Kenwood Hall and we only add the following observations as constructive comments. We watched a small pile of crockery sit outside over the course of our stay. In the restaurant a pleasant girl took our food and drink order only to disappear never to return, consequently people who came in after us were then served before us. This did not stop us from enjoying the fabulous food however and we sent our congratulations to the chef. On using the pool it seemed like it needed a good scrub, there was mould on the tiles and the vents were filthy. I hope this feedback is useful as we intend to return as we had such a great time at your hotel.

Customer Rating: Mr McGowan, Bidston

Customer Rating: Mrs Davies, Rochdale We really enjoyed our stay but felt they would benefit from having more staff especially in dining room.

Customer Rating: Mrs Sanderson, Lancaster The hotel has recently been taken over by Mercure. The service in the bar and restaurant was poor. There were far too few members of staff and some were rather poorly trained! The hotel is ideally situated for both Sheffield and the Peak District. The offer was really good value. Excellent to offer tickets to Chatsworth. Thank you. We look forward to using your offers again!

Customer Rating: Mr Snoxell, Upminster

Customer Rating: Miss Percy, Liverpool Very attentive service from staff in restaurant and bar. Would have been good to have bar service on outside terrace whilst the weather was nice. Executive rooms very comfortable
