Customer Rating: Mr Maines, Newbury Everything went according to plan, the receptionist was most caring and helpful as were all the staff. One very minor 'negative' the portions in the restaurant, for my wife, were too large - suggest two sizes could be offered.

Customer Rating: Mr williams, stoke-on-trent

Customer Rating: Mrs Duggan, Matlock It wasn't cheap but it was worth every penny! I have already recommended it to my friends. I was so thrilled with it! I'd love to go back!

Customer Rating: Mrs Galbraith, Tamworth Excellent hotel picture perfect have already recommended it to friends and will definitely return

Customer Rating: Mr george, whitstable The Rose and Crown Hotel in Salisbury was delightful, spotlessly clean, in a great location and with extremely friendly, helpful staff. My only suggestion is that customers would benefit from a choice of the rooms, whether standard, superior or above.

Customer Rating: Mr Wheeler, Eltham

Customer Rating: Mr Bailey, Dorking The room had everything but needed a toilet brush!

Customer Rating: Mrs Bramwell, Sutton Coldfield Excellent hotel break. Service at hotel and food were very good. Conveniently located.

Customer Rating: Mr Woodhall, Kidderminster The aspect of the hotel & nearness to the city centre were good. The bedroom & facilities, reception & serving staff in the restaurant were good. We felt the restaurant itself lacked ambience, more like a cafe in a wonderful setting. My dairy intolerance wasn't well catered for in the food. There was very little choice for me on the evening menu & the packed lunch contained sour cream crisps & biscuits with milk product. I believe the spread used on the sandwiches contained dairy as well (I have only found Stork or Pure margarine to be dairy free - I mention this for future use by your kitchen staff ) My husband also felt that because of the high price of items on the menu the £25 per person allowance didn't cover a decent meal especially when you had to pay extra for vegetables . Our cooked breakfast arrived before we'd finished our cereals.. so had cooled by the time we ate it .

Customer Rating: Mr Ryan, Shoreham-by-sea Very good package really enjoyed it.
