Customer Rating: Mr Fox, March

Customer Rating: Mr boyt, Newton Abbot The hotel was a little tired but the food and staff were amazing

Customer Rating: Mrs Wood, Ashford

Customer Rating: Mr Cummings, Cullompton Excellent break that I'd highly recommend One drawback was our on suite bathroom was tired. The Westonbirt Arboretum was amazing day out even in the rain and highly recommended

Customer Rating: Mrs Kemp, Lancing We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived at the hotel. The service was excellent, the food was very good and we would definitely stay there again if we went to that part of the Cotswolds again.

Customer Rating: Mrs Jacklin, Ludlow Very nice hotel. The food is excellent, fresh ingredients, well cooked and beautifully presented.

Customer Rating: Mrs Teague, Romford Unfortunately we were charged for our drinks on arrival, which were included in your generous package. Additionally we were also charged for a dessert that we didn't have. Quite noisy from the road at the front of the hotel. No immediate facilities nearby except for 2 pubs - 1 that was very expensive and 1 that had a limited menu - although it was advertised to the contrary on boards outside. Everywhere else a car journey away As the hotel accepts pets it smelt unhygienic in some of the public areas and no doubt in the relevant rooms (5 out of the 28 rooms accepted pets)

100% of our customers would go back
