Customer Rating: Mr Phillipson, Worksop Value for money in general. The evening meal was great, even if the choice limited. Breakfast could have been hotter, it would appear the overhead heater lights not powerful enough. The staff, however, were excellent and very helpful

Customer Rating: Mr Staniland, Sheffield We booked a room for a double bed but was very disappointed when we got to our Hotel bedroom and found 2 single beds shoved together.. Not what we wanted.

Customer Rating: Mrs Roycroft, Uttoxeter

Customer Rating: Mr Biggam, Stockport Breakfast was excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bar service slow. Had to go and look for him twice. Evening meal on the Tuesday evening was very good with good service. The Wednesday evening meal was awful. Took ages to serve with some errors. Including on the bill.

Customer Rating: Mrs Buckley, Spalding A very comfortable hotel with an excellent restaurant. Ideally situated for walks along the coast and for exploring the Wirral and Liverpool. Really enjoyed our stay.
