Customer Rating: Ms Waring, Pontypridd Evening meal was not particularly good, although the breakfast and afternoon teas were fine. Parking can be an issue.

Customer Rating: Mr FENN, SLOUGH Parking very difficult when both of you are disabled. Too far to walk to public car park.

Customer Rating: Mr shrimpton, St. Leonards-on-sea The evening meal was disappointing, the roast loin of pork was great but served with sauerkraut, made the dish look a mess. Superb suite on the 5th floor, and everything worked.

Customer Rating: Mrs McAleese, Birmingham The room was massive - I had booked a standard room, but on the door it said "suite". The bathroom was down some stairs and along a corridor (all in the room), there was a two seat settee and an armchair, two desks, tv etc. - I loved it. The only down side of the Hotel (in my opinion) is that the service in the restaurant was not very good. I waited almost half an hour to get my starter on the first night, then another wait for my main course and another for my sweet. On my first morning, I was seated at a table but not asked what I wanted to drink, nor told that the breakfast was self service in another room (which I couldn't see from where I was sitting). Others came in after me and were asked immediately what they wanted to drink. On the day I checked out I waited quite a while to be seated for breakfast, and all the tables needed to be cleared, including the one I was seated at. Apart from the restaurant service I was very impressed with my stay,. The Hotel is right on the sea front, parking is a bit difficult, but there is a pay and display car park a few hundred yards away, but I was always able to find free parking in the streets around the Hotel.

Customer Rating: Mr Quinn, Sidcup

Customer Rating: Mr Baker, Havant Excellent hotel and staff. Shower a bit fiddly to obtain the correct temperature, otherwise first class and would stay again.

Customer Rating: Mr maughan, Luton Best Western Hotel in St Leonards was excellent, the food and service by the all the staff was excellent, first class.

Customer Rating: Mr Redpath, London Lovely hotel. A little old fashioned but clean, well maintained and with very helpful staff. The evening meal was exceptional, it so exceeded my expectations, real high end quality.

Customer Rating: Mr Bright, Saffron Walden All staff were efficient and welcoming. The restaurant staff (Shaun, Ben and Talia) and the manager (Shelley) were particularly friendly and helpful. Cheerfulness always makes a holiday more fun.

Customer Rating: Mr KEMPSON, HOOK En-route to the hotel, we were involved in an accident which severely damaged our car and disrupted our short break. However, the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful to assist with the car hire arrangements. Made us feel better about the accident and helped ease the situation. In addition, we would add that the food at the hotel was excellent. We intend to go back again, when there is an equivalent offer.
