Customer Reviews
Overall Rating 4.40350877192982
based on 10 reviews.
Customer Rating: Mrs Harral, Bedford On the 3rd floor with a sea view. No double glazing, a very busy road, very noisy and did not sleep well. Breakfast food was of poor quality. Afternoon tea was excellent as was the 3 course evening meal.

Customer Rating: Mr Pearson, East Grinstead The outside at the rear of the hotel needs a big clean up

Customer Rating: Miss Pope, London for me the hotel needs a little updating but what makes your stay that much better than a lot of other hotels is the service you receive especially from staff like Shelly who is just simply a legend. I can safely say I don't know how this hotel would survive without her. on our first day we had trouble with our television so called reception and Shelly answered (so she was working on reception)she then arrived at our room within 10 mins and fixed our television (now she's doing maintenance) later that afternoon we had our 3 course meal and guess what Shelly was our waitress. truly this woman gives a whole new meaning to the saying "jack of all trades" for me she should be managing or training the rest of the staff team. I will defiantly be going back to say hello the next time I'm in Hastings.

Customer Rating: Mrs Baxter, Bedford The hotel is a little jaded but spotlessly clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was huge with a fantastic sea view and the food was absolutely superb. Would definitely recommend staying here.
