Customer Rating: Mr King, Cardiff Excellent hotel good location, good food, staff very friendly and helpful

Customer Rating: Mr Miller, Bristol We had an excellent stay, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We have already booked a return trip with you.

Customer Rating: Mrs Pattison, Cramlington The hotel was lovely and the food was exceptional, the only negative comment I would make is the time between courses there didn't seem to be enough staff. Although the offer included an evening meal on the first night only, it did not mention there was a price limit, or I did not see anything in the small print. When we checked out we had just under £10 to pay, but this would not stop me visiting again. The staff were lovely and very helpful and I was surprised at the prices of the meals, it was very reasonable and there was no need to go looking for places to eat on our second night. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed it and would certainly stay in this hotel again. This is the first time I have been away with any company for a break and I would certainly do it again.

Customer Rating: Mr Woodruff, Thornton-cleveleys

Customer Rating: Mrs Wong, Leigh-on-sea The hotel was rather disorganised, despite arriving after the recommended check in time, we were sent to a room that had not been cleaned and the next room was set up as a double rather than with twin beds. Our room key also had to be reactivated the next day to get in. However the room was clean and comfortable with good aircon. The scones on the cream tea had been microwaved warm and therefore became hard before they were finished and at the evening meal the food was not as the menu description and we had to ask for some components of the dish which had been forgotten. The breakfast was very good and staff were helpful and polite. Nothing was terrible, but we just felt things could have been better with more attention to detail.

Customer Rating: Mrs Chapillon, Bedford Accommodation excellent,as was the food and service. The staff at the hotel were very helpful, polite and obliging. We would definitely stay again and recommend the hotel to others.

Customer Rating: Mrs Manca, Ryde Staff were friendly and efficient - excellent service. Restaurant, dinner and breakfast was very good. A very pleasant stay!!

Customer Rating: Mr Edwards, Crewe

Customer Rating: Mr Hulse, Kenilworth Tremendous value and a great hotel.

Customer Rating: Mrs Wix, Colchester Food was excellent . It would be nice to have fresh tea and coffee offered at breakfast instead of from a self serve machine where it tasted poor, overall a lovely hotel.

100% of our customers would go back
