Customer Rating: Mrs searle, Cambridge We thought that as the offer was such good value that we would have to pay over inflated prices in the hotel. However, all prices were very reasonable and the hotel, food and staff were all excellent. Food was so good we ate in hotel both evenings. We will definitely recommend to friends and would love to return to the area and hotel. Thank you all for a truly wonderful break.

Customer Rating: Mr Ledley, Crewe

Customer Rating: Ms Spies, Whiteley Excellent value for money. Only downside about the hotel was that you have to walk outside the main hotel to get to the room and it rained on a couple of occasions, so had to take a coat with me for breakfast each morning. Also, the coffee machine at breakfast was slow and not worth the wait!

Customer Rating: Mrs Gardner, Broadstone The staff at the Mercure provided an excellent service, particularly Rayuz(?) who is front of house in the bar and restaurant. They were all very attentive and we could not fault the service.

Customer Rating: Mrs Sissons, Leeds Lovely stay, would definitely recommend this package. Great hotel with very helpful staff and good food.
