Customer Rating: Mr Cutler, Droitwich

Customer Rating: Mrs Petch-Ghuman, Clent, Stourbridge Lovely hotel, grounds and meal. Was great that we could take our dog with us and the room was big enough to accommodate all of us.

Customer Rating: Mrs Page, Reading I don't think I would rate this hotel as 4 stars, once past the lovely entrance it was a warren, steps everywhere no lift. Would feel sorry if a guest had any kind of disability. Breakfast was warm not really much choice. Food I would say was purchased on a budget. When leaving Receptionist did not ask if everything was alright and did we have a nice stay. The hotel grounds are beautiful

Customer Rating: Mr Lewis, Lancaster

Customer Rating: Mrs Luxton, Poole Beautiful place to stay. Evening food excellent but a little disappointed with the buffet breakfast which looked lovely, but I do like my cooked food to be hot. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Customer Rating: Mr Thompson, Dunmow Apart from the lack of choice on the menu and the lack of complimentary wine in the room and the poor handling of offering a replacement, everything was good. The restaurant staff were especially good.

Customer Rating: Mr GREENLEY, RUDSTON The panelling in the dining room could do with a good clean (dust and cobwebs were visible). In general the hotel and surrounding grounds were good only let down by cigarette ends surrounding outside seating areas Our bedroom was basic and needed decorating (scuff marks on walls. Bathroom tile grouting needed looking at). The staff overall were very good and should be commended

Customer Rating: Mrs De Abreu, Wallasey

Customer Rating: Mr Smith, Malvern It was quite obvious that our room was of a lower standard as we noted when we passed another room on the same corridor. We were subsequently very disappointed that our room was not as well equipped.

Customer Rating: Mr Heydon, Coventry We did have a problem getting the included bottle of wine in the room. When we went down for dinner my wife went to reception again only to be told that bottles were not allowed in the room but we could order a bottle at our table for free. First night in the restaurant my wife could not part of her main course as the potatoes were not cooked.
