Customer Rating: Mrs Rosier, New Milton

Customer Rating: Mrs Clark, Gloucester The hotel is in a good location for exploring London and the surrounding area. We used the train to visit Kew as no parking there - hotel only a 10min walk to the train station at Norbiton. Car park a bit tight for space. The hotel itself needs a bit of tlc, some areas could do with a lick of paint and some repair work. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our evening meal was very tasty and well cooked. The buffet breakfast was well stocked with a good choice of cereals, fruit and hot food.

Customer Rating: Miss Barker, Huntingdon Good value break but hotel a bit tired looking, needs updating

Customer Rating: Mrs Williams, Bedford We had a great weekend, the hotel was lovely and the staff were hardworking and very helpful. There were only 2 things: Our check in time was 3pm, but we didn't get our key until 3:45pm. We had hoped to eat off the restaurant menu and pay the difference, but we were given a different menu which had choices but we didn't really want. We would have preferred to choose from the main hotel menu as it looked very nice.

Customer Rating: Mrs Knight, Evesham Staff coped extremely well as the hotel was full.

Customer Rating: Ms Penny, Bristol

Customer Rating: Mr SMITH, Canterbury As the hotel holds many functions there is the possibility that you will get disturbed by guests returning late at night after a few drinks! (as we did on the Friday evening)

Customer Rating: Mr Runacres, Alresford

Customer Rating: Miss Mitchell, Basingstoke Could not believe the value for money especially with the Kew Garden tickets included in the price, dinner on the first night and breakfast for two mornings.

Customer Rating: Mrs TAYLOR, Pontypool
