Customer Rating: Mr Grint, York Very friendly service and comfortable stay. Good food too. Only negative was tedious music played on a loop in bar!

Customer Rating: Mrs Davy, Burton-on-trent Lovely hotel very warming

Customer Rating: Ms Rawlings, Lichfield A lovely hotel set in beautiful surroundings. Exceptionally spic and span. Every member of staff we met were polite and friendly. Rooms luxurious, and the food was excellent. We enjoyed our few days break, and do not hesitate to recommend it.

Customer Rating: Mr Griffith, Sheffield Beautiful hotel set in its own grounds. Excellent service and the meals were great value for money with a brilliant menu choice. My only criticism of the accommodation was the fact that there were no safety handles in the bath/shower area. It made it very dangerous to exit the bath/shower with nothing but the wall to hold onto. Just one bar/handle would have been sufficient to assist. Apart from that I would return to the hotel and would recommend it to colleagues and friends.

Customer Rating: Mr Cumberland, Prestwick Enjoyed our stay at the Derwent Manor, pleasant, helpful staff, modern with a comfortable big room. Good facilities and an excellent freshly prepared hot breakfast. Saxophonist playing in the bar on a Thursday night was an added bonus.

Customer Rating: Mr Hare, Scunthorpe Hotel and room excellent. Food excellent. Only small criticism is the wardrobe in our room, the middle section rail is so high, you need to either be 7ft tall or stand on something to reach the hangers. Overall though, we had a brilliant break and will definitely go again.
