Customer Rating: Mrs Bellis, Burgess Hill This hotel seems to be undergoing refurbishment and the dining room/conservatory look very good. However our bedroom whilst clean needed redecorating, the bed was small and uncomfortable - perhaps an old mattress or a very cheap new one. The bathroom was very dated and toiletries on offer were minimal. The staff however were very personable and welcoming. Breakfast was very disorganised I had to ask three times to get someone to take a breakfast order. The first two went off to get a pad and were never seen again. There didn't seem to be any on hands management at breakfast. Dinner was delicious but again the wine menu offered 'bin ends' but there were none available . Just remove that list - simple. We had two different dessert menus, a simple error that hadn't been checked. This hotel is in a fabulous setting and once refurbished and staff trained accordingly could be truly amazing

Customer Rating: Mrs Holmes, Warrington Not happy with room allocated but hotel quickly changed room which we were then very satisfied with!!
