Customer Rating: Mr Boik, Nottingham Whilst the hotels not the Ritz it is a very comfortable place with EXCEPTIONAL service

Customer Rating: Mrs Abbey, Bradford At times there didn't appear to be enough staff on duty. On our first morning, they had a large coach party in. We were advised to come down for breakfast after 9-30, in order for them to get the coach party off. There seemed to be plenty of staff, however, when we entered the dining room, we were abruptly told that breakfast finished at 10 am. There was very little left on the buffet, had to help ourselves to tea and coffee, which was almost empty. Didn't see any staff till 9-55 when 3 of them appeared to clear everything away.

Customer Rating: Mrs Jones, Scunthorpe Hotel customer service not good, meals on the Friday had a poor menu as was bar meal, would not go again

Customer Rating: Mr Hawkins, St. Neots

Customer Rating: Mrs Skepper, St. Neots Our only negative comment on this hotel is that as one or two of our party have mobility issues, none of the rooms we were offered had walk in showers so those guests were unable to access the over bath showers as there were no grab handles.

Customer Rating: Mr Clark, Whitchurch I wish we could be told before hand. when the restaurant is going to be closed on. Sundays if your on a all inclusive break

Customer Rating: Ms Hayward, Aberystwyth Although we were expected as all inclusive, they were a bit surprised that we asked for lunch when we arrived. They said that there was a problem with kitchen ' equipment ' and that we would only be able to have bar meals in the evening. However, 40 mins later, we did have a load of sandwiches for lunch, but no soup! That evening, 'the one man band' staff was very attentive. He was bar man and waiter and everything required. The following night there were 2 ladies on duty, again very attentive and pleasant. The bar meals were quite limited but enjoyable. Breakfast was in abundance, so on the whole an enjoyable stay. We shall return, if only to see a proper evening menu!

Customer Rating: Mr Clarke, Bicester Great value

Customer Rating: Mr Pearson, Preston

Customer Rating: Mrs Griffin, Loughborough No soap or shower gel in the room - a chambermaid said they had run out. There was no dinner menu that evening, only bar food, but after a lot of running to and from the kitchen we had a "special" of steak, salad and chips which was excellent. All inclusive, so a super bargain hence the interesting incidents we encountered wouldn't stop me saying it was a good stay.
