Customer Rating: Mrs turtill, Hull This a lovely hotel in very nice surroundings, the staff are excellent and we had a great time.

Customer Rating: Ms Foster, Norwich Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't think that the evening food in the restaurant was of a very good standard.

Customer Rating: Mrs Joynes, Worcester Very pleasant, helpful staff. An electric car charging point has been installed, which, if we had know, might have allowed us the opportunity to use our Nissan Leaf. However the parking spaces for using the chargers have not been marked as "EV only" and were occupied by petrol vehicles making charging impossible. Ten out of ten for having the chargers installed, but they need to be available for use!

Customer Rating: Mr Moore, Bristol The staff were helpful. We enjoyed the food. The room was a good size but could do with a fan when the weather is hot.

Customer Rating: Mr Orriss, Upminster We were very well looked after at the Kenwood Hall Hotel. We were upgraded to a very large suite.

Customer Rating: Mr Edgell, Worcester Low score for facilities reflects a not very well stocked bar.

Customer Rating: Mr Bevan, Chippenham We had a problem with afternoon tea on the first day at the hotel. It was eventually sorted out and we received two glasses of proscecco for the inconvenience.

Customer Rating: Mr Threlfall, Marlow The hotel has recently become part of the Mercure chain and reception did not seem to be aware of our booking. However, after a short delay, everything was sorted out and we had a larger room than expected with twin double beds. Excellent result.

Customer Rating: Mr Young, East Grinstead Staff very friendly and helpful
