Customer Reviews
Overall Rating 4.25
based on 4 reviews.
Customer Rating: Dr Hitchen, Wolverhampton Excellent food at dinner and breakfast. But service on one night very poor. Staff apologised but rather spoiled our view of hotel. Need to tell guests to book a table in restaurant for dinner. We were given a disabled room (not requested) with wet room shower that flooded the bathroom floor. Reported to manager. Otherwise room very nice. Lovely courtyard garden for drinks.

Customer Rating: Mrs Ash, Redcar All staff helpful and friendly. The food is of a good quality, although had to wait but probably cooked fresh.

Customer Rating: Mr Hamblin, Bridgwater Great place to stay when visiting York, only a short distance from the town centre, you can walk it, but its fair walk, a taxi cost about £7 each way. Good on site parking and the food is all cooked fresh for every meal, its not sat around in trays being kept warm all day. The owner cares about her guests, and the staff all work hard to delivery a great service. We could not fault this hotel in any way.

Customer Rating: Mrs Reid, Braintree Very nice hotel.
