Customer Rating: Mrs Maguire, Coventry The only problem we had was that the corporate side meant the restaurant was noisy and busy which meant the service was sometimes slow. However the staff were lovely and we appreciated that they were very busy. The hotel was in an ideal place for visiting the nearby National Trust places. There were also other attractions we did not have time to go to so we will return.

Customer Rating: Mrs Maguire, Coventry The only problem we found was that the corporate events made the restaurant noisy and at peak times service was slow because of a lot of people needed serving at the same time. However the staff were lovely and we could see how busy they were. The hotel was ideally placed for visiting nearby national Trust places and we will return as we found other things to do that we did not have time for.

Customer Rating: Mrs Syddall, Rochdale The reason for not wanting to return, is that on the last night, there was a rowdy wedding party. The guests had rooms on the corridor where we were. It was a shame, as up to that point everything was spot on.

Customer Rating: Mrs Clark, Henfield An excellent one night stay and very good value as it included dinner, a bottle of wine, breakfast, spa access and late checkout. I would highly recommend the hotel and facilities.

Customer Rating: Mrs Davidson, MARTIN MILL NR DOVER All staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel spotlessly clean. Food good especially breakfast. Leisure facilities excellent
