Customer Rating: Mr Collins, Preston There is a lot of changes going on at the hotel to upgrade the decor but all the staff from workmen, cleaners, waiters through to reception were very polite and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our two day stay and enjoyed a planned walk and exploring the grounds of Shrigley Hall. It provided value for money and an excellent opportunity to relax - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the break to others.

Customer Rating: Mr Hodgkinson, Blackburn Stayed Sunday night, super value - afternoon tea (really good - sandwiches, cakes, scones/cream/jam etc etc) with glass of prosecco, 3 course evening meal, hearty self service breakfast and use of spa facilities all for £120.00 per couple, can't complain. One of the best stays we've had.

Customer Rating: Mrs Mancz, Keswick Staff polite. Our room was very warm and a little run down. The Evening Meal was excellent value when put with the room. Golf course and the facilities were great. The hotel could just do with a bit of a refurb in some places.

Customer Rating: Mrs Johnson, Spalding The hotel was great, had a fantastic weekend however I was very disappointed with the room.

Customer Rating: Mr Wilson, Nottingham

Customer Rating: Mrs McDonald, Coventry Hotel overall was lovely, but as they are still refurbishing rooms and we got put in one that obviously hadn't been refurbished yet, it was a little bit disappointing. the room itself, whilst clean and relatively comfortable, was shabby and smelt of the drains. Other than this, we had a very pleasant stay, the spa area / pool was very nice, as was the bar and restaurant.
