Explore the city in style on a canal cruise, gliding under some of the 1,500 bridges that contribute to the character of the city. Along the way, admire historic canal houses, bustling quays and quaint cafes lining the waterways. The canals are the perfect way to soak up the atmosphere and tick off some of Amsterdam's iconic sights.
History, Art and Culture
Step into Amsterdam's rich tapestry of history, art and culture. Walk through the poignant rooms of the Anne Frank House, marvel at the vivid masterpieces in the Van Gogh Museum, or stand before Rembrandt's legendary The Night Watch at the Rijksmuseum. Every corner of the city tells a story, offering unforgettable moments for curious minds and those who love to explore at their own pace.
Tulips
Tulips are the iconic symbol of Amsterdam - once a luxury item so valuable it could sell for the price of a house! Today, they represent the Netherlands' rich heritage and spirit of innovation. Don't miss the Bloemenmarkt (Flower Market) on the Singel Canal, the world's only floating flower market, where vibrant blooms line the waterways and the scent of spring fills the air.
Bicycles and Local Treats
Join the bustling world of Amsterdam's 800,000 bicycles! Hire one and explore the city like a local. Along the way, indulge in classic Dutch treats, from a sweet Stroopwafel (caramel waffle) to a refreshing pint of craft beer at local favourites such as Heineken or Brouwerij't IJ. Discover the city's charm, one pedal and bite at a time.
